Bryony & Adam
It's a big hello from us! We're a couple from Bicester and the hearts behind Wondrously You Ltd. With a passion for craftsmanship and a love of celebrating life’s moments, we create cocktails that are as personal and unique as the people enjoying them.
Too often we've experienced mediocre drinks with no flare, and we're here to change that. Wondrously You is so much more than just an average bar. Our cocktail menu is crafted to tell a story- your story. Let the menu do the talking and be the conversation starter for your event.
We combine expertise, creativity, and a little magic to turn every sip into a moment worth savouring.
Fun Facts:
Bryony-
With a love for interior design and attention to detail, Bryony is always looking for new ways to create that 'wow' factor, and make something feel super special- whether that involves glitter, garnishes or bubbles! With Bryony's limited spare time, she absolutely loves the high intensity training at a 'Bounce' trampolining fitness class!
Adam-
Frequently listening to motivational speakers, Adam is driven by self-improvement and uses his energy to lift those around him. A real culinary whiz- always experimenting with new meals in the kitchen, much to Bryony's delight who plays the important role of taster! A new starter at the ever popular Paddle fitness class!
Together-
Together there isn't a project Bryony & Adam wouldn't be happy to turn their hands to! From home renovations, to travels abroad, to the conversion of the 1970's vintage caravan into the luxury cocktail bar- the passion for working together and creating something wonderful is always there. Never known to shy away from a project, alongside enjoying precious time with their beautiful family and bouncy dog in the great outdoors.

There are so many reasons why people choose not to drink alcohol- pregnancy, driving, wellbeing or a simple distaste for the stuff. Does that mean you can't hire a bar to elevate your event? Of course not, we've got you covered.
When I was pregnant, I suddenly noticed how social occasions would be spent sipping fizzy drinks on the side line. That's what has inspired us to create carefully crafted mocktails. Designed to have just as much flavour and flair as everything else on the menu.
Because zero alcohol doesn't have to mean zero fun.

A 1970s classic, reimagined with Victorian opulence.
What began as a humble 1970s caravan has been completely transformed into a luxury mobile cocktail bar.
Restored by us and designed with intention. Inspired by the elegance of the Victorian era- a time when cocktails truly flourished- this bar is our tribute to the golden age of mixology.
Rich textures, gold and brass details, deep colours.
This isn't just a renovation. It's a resurrection.
